Q. Why hire us?

A. 1)You may not be able to physically do it yourself. 2)The job stinks but needs to be done. 3)So you can enjoy your spare time without having to worry about cleaning  up after your critters. By having this not so pleasant chore out of the way you will have more time to spend with your family and your critters. Your yard will look great or your home will smell fresh.  

Q. What services do you offer?

A. We offer many services including but not limited to Pooper Scooper Service for your yard, Cat Litter Box exchange program, Food Delivery, Pet Sitting and Pet Walking. We also will provide transportation to the vet or other errands. We can also water plants, bring in the mail, take out the trash etc.

Q. Do I have to sign a long term contract?

A. For our Residential customers there is NO Contract to sign. We do have an agreement to pay that is required to be signed during your first service; however, you can cancel service at anytime. We do request a 48 hour notice so we can re work our scheduled routes. 

Q. Do you work year round?

A. Yes, we will keep your yard clean year round. If we by chance have snow or ice we may re-schedule your normal day. We will also re-schedule your normal weekly visit to observe Holidays. The Holidays that we will observe are New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Q. What do you do with the Waste?

A. That's up to you. We can leave the waste, double bagged, near your trash, so you can see how much waste was collected that week. Or we will gladly take the waste with us.

Q. How often should I have my yard cleaned?

A. That depends on your personal situation. Many customers choose to have their yard cleaned once per week. However, if you have more than one dog you may need two or more visits per week. You may also only need service every other week if you have a small dog. We will gladly work out a schedule that fits your personal needs.

Q. Do I have to be home when you clean my yard?

A. No; however, it is a good idea if you can be there for the first service so we can be introduced to your critters. 

Q. Should I leave my gate unlocked?

A. We will need access to your yard on our scheduled days. We can either provide you with a lock that we have a key to or you can provide us with an extra key to your existing lock. It would be your decision to leave the gate unlocked if you so desired. 

Q. Will you work while our dogs are in the yard?

A. We love animals and will work with your dog in the yard. However, if you know that your dog does not like strangers in the yard we would appreciate it if you could be available to meet with us until we are no longer a threat to them.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?

A. Yes, we do. Discounts are as follows: 

• 10% discount for trained police or trained rescue dogs
  10% discount for trained assistance dogs
  10% discounts for seniors 65+
  10% discounts for pregnant women
